Why doves ?

I have chosen to paint a pair of stock doves, a fairly little kown species, yet which is quite well distributed in our european forests, backyards and even cities ! They are the perfect representation of softness and calm to me, thanks to their smooth plumage and their deep cooing. They also are very pretty with their iridescent collar and quite cute with their big black eyes, aren’t they ?

I added some wild roses as a reminder of their natural habitat.

Characteristics :

• Sizes : A5 (14,8 x 21 cm) or A4 (21 x 29,7 cm)
• Printed on high quality archival fine art paper, natural white and slightly textured
• Some details are enhanced with golden paint
• Each copy is numbered and signed by hand
• Free-plastic packaging : the print is shipped flat in a cardboard envelope and protected in a cristal paper sleeve. Take care of our planete, recycle or reuse the packaging !
• Shipping: within 2 to 5 working days : I print myself all the prints on demand, I need some time to prepare them ! Sent with a tracking number.
