A colorful carnivorous

The roller mainly feeds on big insects, as grasshoppers, cicadas, and beetles. But it can also catch vertebrates, like lizards, rodents and young birds. Its bright and vibrant colors make it one of the most colorful bird of Europe. A real colorful little dinosaur !

I created this illustration for my 2024 calendar. I chose to draw the European Roller for the month of July, when we still can observe it in the South of Europe.

Characteristics :

• Size : A6 (10,5 x 15 cm) or A5 (15 x 21 cm)
• Printed on fine art archival (non-yellowing), textured paper, reminding of watercolor paper.
• Heavy paper of 245 g/m²
• Plastic-free packaging : the print is shipped flat in a cardboard envelope and protected in a cristal paper sleeve. Take care of our planete, recycle or reuse the packaging !
• Shipping : within 2-5 workings days. Sent with a tracking number.

I print each print myself on demand, I need some time to prepare them !
