The Pink Flame

The name “flamingo” comes from Spanish and Portuguese “flamengo” (“flame-colored”). Indeed, the feathers can be bright red on some birds, thanks to the carotenoids supplied by the little shrimps they feed on.

I have painted this illustration for the month of November of my 2024 calendar.

Characteristics :

• Size : A6 (10,5 x 15 cm) or A5 (15 x 21 cm)
• Printed on fine art archival (non-yellowing), textured paper, reminding of watercolor paper.
• Heavy paper of 245 g/m²
• Plastic-free packaging : the print is shipped flat in a cardboard envelope and protected in a cristal paper sleeve. Take care of our planete, recycle or reuse the packaging !
• Shipping : within 2-5 workings days. Sent with a tracking number.

I print each print myself on demand, I need some time to prepare them !
