Dive in the lagoon with this sea turtle !

I created this watercolor illustration during my year spent on the Réunion Island, in the Indian Ocean. We can observe this sea turtle in the lagoon of the island. Even if I haven’t had the chance to see one in the wild, I saw some individuals in the scientific center Kélonia, which save and care for injured sea turtles.

This sea turtle owes its name to their flesh being green sometimes due to their diet made of seaweeds.

Characteristics :

• Printed on fine art archival (non-yellowing), textured paper, reminding of watercolor paper.
