Who is this bird ?

The Prairie Warbler is a pretty songbird native form North America. It breeds on Eastern USA and spend the winter in Florida, easter coasts of Central America and Caribbean Islands. I painted this pair of birds on Flowering Dogwood branches, a tree living in the same natural range.

I have been inspired by naturalists paintings of the 19th century to create this illustration. I wanted to give a ancient look by adding a “yellowed” paper for the background.

Characteristics :

• Size : A6 (10,5 x 14,85 cm) or A5 (14,85 x 21 cm)
• Printed on fine art archival (non-yellowing), textured paper, remindig of watercolor paper.
• Heavy paper of 245 g/m² (A5 format) and 300 g/m² (A6 format)
• Free-plastic packaging : the print is shipped flat in a cardboard envelope and protected in a cristal paper sleeve. Take care of our planete, recycle or reuse the packaging !
• Shipping : within 2 to 5 working days : I print each print on demand, I need some time to prepare them ! Sent with a tracking number.
